You know how sometimes you’re low-key stressed 😣 about a thing and then you finally decide to face that thing head-on 💪🏻 only to realize it’s not only NOT a mountain 🚫, but the molehill it may have been has been abandoned by its rodent residents, rejected even by the ants 🐜, and is now merely a pile of dirt? 🏔️→ 🧹

Yeah, that just happened to me.

I was in a membership. A super fantastic, really helpful, totally-worth-the-money membership. ✨ I attended weekly for years.

But then that thing happened; I needed less help, and I had some work conflicts, and my attendance fell off.

I’d been on the fence about whether to just quit, but you know how it is: I kept thinking that I’d locked in a low price as a founding member 🎉 and I love the leader so much 💕 and maybe I’ll get back to it one day?🤞🏻

Today was the day I finally bit the bullet and decided to officially quit. So I navigated to the site but I couldn’t get into the membership, so I opened the billing tab.

Turns out I haven’t been paying for that membership since June. Which is when my debit card expired and I was locked out. 🔐

So then of course I had to think about whether I’d ever gotten a notice that there was a problem with the card, and I don’t think I did? 🤔

But I’ll be completely honest here 🙈 and say that while I’ve always prided myself on being super on top of my email, like, waaay better at managing it than almost anyone I know, in the past several months it’s gotten away from me. 📬

One reason for that is that I now have three and a half active Google accounts - including one for my old business, Unburdened Life.

Now, you might think I could just ditch that last one but actually there’s still stuff that runs through there.

And is that business dead? 💀

I mean, really dead? ⚰️ Like, I won’t wake up one day and decide that maybe it’s time to help people declutter again?

Anyway, the more of these accounts you’ve got the worse it can be to try to keep all that email under control 😵‍💫, not to mention remembering which one you were in when you bookmarked that super important website.

And if you’re a person who keeps multiple tabs open all the time you might also wonder which account is housing that one crucial tab that you need to access RIGHT NOW. ⏰🔥
